Dream Bigger: The NEDs Role in The Growth Agenda

Today more than ever, companies are valued on growth. They are therefore having to “dream bigger”, developing innovative strategies to ensure that their growth trajectory is maintained. Boards face fundamental challenges in supporting this growth and providing the infrastructure to sustain it. The role of a NED/Chair in a growth environment is therefore crucial.

This year’s Contemporary NED Event, run by NEDA, Smith & Williamson and EquityChair, will seek to address:

  • What is the NED's role in a growth company and how can they influence and support it?
  • How can a 'Triple Bottom Line' framework help boards deliver growth in the current business environment?
  • How do companies achieve successful 'scale-up' momentum? We take a deep-dive into the Smith & Williamson 'Dream Bigger Campaign'.

We hope that you will be able to join us and look forward to welcoming you.
