Our next session of the Finance for Non-Finance Directors’ Training course will take place in early 2025. Be sure to register your interest by emailing info@nedaglobal.com, and we’ll be in touch as soon as dates are announced.
Overview and objectives:
Board members and business leaders, both executive and non-executive, enhance their ability to ask the right questions, challenge, scrutinise and evaluate plans and proposals when they have a strong grasp of financial terminology and techniques. A consistent foundation in financial literacy is key to enabling the Board to make better decisions, prioritise issues, and maximise opportunities.
This course is designed to equip board members, business leaders, and senior professionals who have little or no formal finance training with the essential skills and knowledge needed to interpret and challenge board-relevant financial information.
The training is highly interactive, and draws on the real-life experiences of all delegates. Multiple case studies from the world of commerce bring the sessions to life, helping delegates to visualise the application of course content in practice.
Participants can expect a challenging, yet highly rewarding programme.
The course covers:

- Fundamental financial concepts and terminology
