Coaching and Mentoring

Being a NED is a highly demanding role with a continuously increased responsibility. Climate, disruptive technology, geopolitical uncertainty and more recently also challenges arising from the pandemic are all factors that are accelerating the pressure on boards and for NEDs to step up. 

At NEDA we are passionate to develop high quality professional NEDs to excel in these challenging times so that they can serve on boards fit for the future in a more effective and impactful way. We see mentoring and coaching as fundamental to this.

 

Approach

We provide coaching and mentoring to support you through all stages of your professional career as a NED. The style of coaching is outcome focused and can be a short term intervention or longer term mentoring support as you develop your portfolio of roles.

We act as a sounding board and will challenge and support you so that you can become more effective, confident and impactful in the boardroom to realise your full potential and be a force for good.
