Developing new talent in the Boardroom: aspiration vs. reality?...

Boards are under the spotlight to demonstrate that they are attracting new blood, but what are the skills sets and attributes needed on boards, both now and in the future. Succession planning is seen as an essential activity, but how often is it documented, shared and kept up to date.
Why attend the Breakfast?...
This interactive session hosted by Eton Bridge Partners in partnership with the Non-Executive Directors’ Association (‘NEDA’), will provide you with an opportunity to hear the views and practical experience of a range of practicing NEDs discussing how boards are shaping up in terms of bringing new talent on-board.
Gary Browning, Eton Bridge Chair and Graham Durgan, NEDA Chair, will be having an informal conversation with three NEDs who will provide their own insight and perspectives to bring to life the ups and downs of boardroom dynamics, especially the importance of a well-orchestrated nominations process. The Breakfast will also give you the opportunity to network and discuss the order of the day with other NEDs.
