BDO's Financial Services team are hosting a virtual forum for FS NEDs, discussing how firms can assure good outcomes for vulnerable customers.
Following the FCA’s recent publication about how firms are supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances, BDO will be exploring some of the key topics and themes relating to this complex issue, including:
- The FCA’s recent survey and why vulnerability matters in financial services.
- Why can this be such a challenging topic to operationalise.
- Different approaches and case studies.
The forum will be held under Chatham House rules and is designed to be an open discussion where you will have ample opportunity to ask questions and share your experiences as well has hear from BDO panellists.
