Climate litigation is reshaping the ways in which companies think about risk, with implications for corporate governance, investment, disclosures, value chains and market access.

This event will be bringing together a select group of board directors and senior leaders to explore the implications of increased climate litigation and what it means for boardroom conversations.

Held during London Climate Action Week, this invitation-only event will examine emerging legal and regulatory developments across jurisdictions, shifting expectations from investors and policymakers, and the growing importance of governance frameworks that support long-term resilience and strategic stewardship.

Participants will also discuss how boards can strengthen oversight of climate-related legal and reputational risks, identify emerging areas of exposure, and respond to increasing expectations around transparency, accountability and fiduciary duties, all under the Chatham House Rule.

About Chapter Zero:

Chapter Zero aims to equip and inspire boards to effectively embed climate targets and considerations into business strategy, offering expert knowledge and insights alongside a lively, influential, and supportive community of climate-conscientious NEDs.
