The new and updated QCA Corporate Governance Code provides a fresh perspective which will help your company put into practice a worthwhile, effective and flexible governance model. With the introduction of this code, we will be holding a one-day Corporate Governance Workshop which will show you how to effectively use and apply it.
Find out how AIM companies can fulfil the London's Stock Exchange's recent change to AIM Rule 26, which states that all AIM companies will be required to apply a recognised corporate governance code and explain how they do so from September 2018.
