We are pleased to invite our members and contacts to join us in celebrating the launch of The Non-Executive Directors' Handbook - 5th Edition.
This event will be an opportunity for our members and contacts to network and find out more about the new edition of the NED Handbook.
There will be a limited number of free books available to take home with you, plus vouchers providing you with an opportunity to purchase a discounted version of the book.
The event will include an address from Paul Drechsler CBE, Chairman of Bibby Line Group & The NED Awards, who wrote the foreword for this new 5th Edition of the Handbook. Peter Swabey, Policy and Research Director at ICSA and Graham Durgan, Chairman of NEDA, will also say a few words.
The event will also provide an opportunity to find out about LEAP ("Legal expenses additional protection"), a bespoke product from Willis Towers Watson. LEAP provides dedicated and ring-fenced limits of legal expenses insurance protection to senior individuals. It gives you access to independent legal advice in dealings with regulators whenever they have concerns about their personal position.
