The QCA have published the results of their new AIM Good Governance Review 2021/22. The report outlines the key trends of small and mid-sized quoted companies’ corporate governance performance each year, tracking progress and informing areas for future focus.
In this new report, the QCA and UHY Hacker Young have analysed the governance disclosures of 50 AIM companies in three specific areas:

- Environmental, Social & Governance (‘ESG’)
- Board Performance Reviews
The results are complemented by the feedback of a number of leading small and mid-cap fund managers to get their views on what they expect to see from the companies they invest in.
