BDO – How is the boardroom evolving?

BDO in collaboration with Norman Broadbent are conducting a survey to gather insights from board members on how the boardroom is evolving. This includes the risks and challenges likely to be faced by firms over the next 3-5 years, and how these may impact the skills, capabilities and resources needed for success.

If you are a current board member (executive, non-executive, shareholder representative or otherwise) we would be grateful if you would complete this survey of twenty questions. To make the most of your time, we have kept questions simple and quick to answer. Please note the survey closes on 1st June.

If you are on the board of more than one firm, please feel free to complete a separate survey for each.

Please note:

• Your responses will be used by BDO and Norman Broadbent to inform a report and associated articles. All survey respondents will automatically receive a copy of the report. Response data will not to provided to any third party.
• Responses will be kept in confidence and presented anonymously. Should the BDO/Norman Broadbent like to attribute any of your responses to you personally, they will first seek your permission.
