MM&K’s ‘Life in the Boardroom’ report, a “must have” publication for all
Non-Executive Directors (‘NEDs’), is based on a unique survey sent out to NEDs themselves in order to gather insights into their individual thoughts on boardroom policies and practice.
For over 30 years MM&K has conducted this valued survey which provides participants with a comprehensive report. It is unique as data is collected directly from Directors themselves, rather than from company staff or annual reports. This provides a more accurate picture from the people who experience life in the boardroom first-hand.
MM&K keeps a finger on the NED pulse through ‘Life in the Boardroom’ which, in its latest iteration in 2021, included responses from 358 directors, representing 885 roles, of which 331 were Chairs. Life in the Boardroom is unique insofar as, in addition to data on fees and time commitments, the survey report includes insights and comments from NEDs on subjects which are of most interest or concern to them.
Through participation in the survey, you will obtain a free copy of the full comprehensive report which will provide the latest information on:

The deadline to participate is 11th August 2023, with the report completion planned for November 2023
