The Non-Executive Director Awards, now in their eighteenth year, recognise the achievements of Non-Executive Directors within the business and not-for-profit community. NEDA worked with Peel Hunt to establish the Awards and has been a lead sponsor of the event for each year since 2006.
Nominations are open for the Awards that focus on how the advice and experience of Non-Executive Directors can transform organisations and help deliver long-term success and growth.

- Unquoted/Private Equity Backed
- Not-for-Profit/Public Service Organisation
- Dame Helen Alexander “NED to watch” [for NEDs (not Chairs or SIDs) who have been in post for less than 5 years]
- Life-time Achievement [Nominees are put forward by the judging panel and discussed at the judging dinner]
Winners and their organisations will not only be recognised at the awards ceremony for their achievements, but also acknowledged in The Sunday Times.
Nominations for the 2024 Awards are open until Sunday 12 November 2023.
The Awards Ceremony will be held on: Thursday 21st March 2024

It should take no more than five minutes to nominate; we just ask that you provide a short overview setting out details of the value you believe has been created. We will then contact a fellow member of the relevant board to answers more questions.
