Board performance reviews are an important element of corporate governance and many growth companies struggle with where to start with evaluating their board, whilst others wrestle with whether external assessments would be necessary or helpful.
In collaboration with Downing LLP, the QCA commissioned Henley Business School to conduct a quantitative and qualitative research analysis to better understand what small and mid-sized quoted companies were doing in the space of board performance reviews, how this differed between companies of different sizes and stages of development and what can be learned as good practice.
