Supper Event Hosted by EtonBridge Partners

Date: 1 November 2018

Venue: The Langham Hotel, 1c Portland Place, Regent Street, London, GB W1B 1JA

We are delighted to announce a supper event hosted by EtonBridge Partners on 1st November 2018.

The keynote speaker will be Natalie Ceeney CBE.

Natalie's keynote will be entitled:

“When things go wrong.....”

Hardly a month seems to go by without another corporate governance scandal. Whether a Carillion-level collapse, remuneration issues Persimmon-style, business model collapse as experienced by Wonga or the implications of poor implementation as seen in TSB and Financial Provident, much of the blame seems to be attributed to poor corporate governance. But following decades of theory and codes around the role of the Non Executive Director, why are things still going wrong? How much was really obvious to Boards at the time, rather than just with hindsight? And as NEDs, what can we do to avoid that nightmare of it going wrong on our watch...

Natalie will share her thoughts and experience, and prompt debate and discussion.

About Natalie
