The Quoted Companies Alliance (‘QCA’) have recently launched a new survey focused on understanding the perspective of the Non-Executive Director.
In partnership with finnCap Group, the QCA has produced a survey on non-executive directors (NEDs). The survey considers the roles performed by NEDs, their expertise, the value they bring, diversity and inclusion and how they are remunerated, specifically within the context of smaller quoted companies.
The aim is to further understand whether growth companies can attract and retain the right NEDs to support their own growth.
If you are a NED, the QCA would greatly appreciate your input into the survey.
The survey will end on 14 April 2023 and all responses will be anonymous.
